Online Registration is encouraged. However all entry fees must be paid at track. Trackside registration will close 30 minutes prior to Drivers meeting. Call in or late entries must call 770-355-9684 before trackside registration closes. NO EXCEPTION!
Race start time:
7:30am - 8:30am - Practice
8:30am - Drivers meeting.
9:00am - Racing starts
Open Practice on Friday (time to be announced).

1/8 Electric - Mandatory seven and half minute pit stop will be required (4 second hold) or Battery change during 15 minute or longer mains.
Class Rules:
Intermediate Class:
If Placed in the top 3 of any previous GCS Final Points, that racer must move up to Pro Class this season.
Must not have a Chassis sponsor or Engine sponsor by manufacturer or distributor (regardless of percentage).
Must not have raced as Pro or Open in any other major regional race event. IE. ROAR, Pro Series, PNB, AMS, Wiregrass, CWC etc…(regardless of finish results)
Assessment of race times. If Qual times are comparable to top Pro times. Racer may be bumped to the Pro Class.
Round Race Format:
6 Rounds (races) + Finals 7 total Races
2 Round throw out
Each Round (race) will be single day event. All rounds will be on Saturday. Rain Out on Sunday.
Rain Out:
If weather/track conditions do not allow racing to begin, rescheduling of that Round will occur.
If race day begins and a least 2 complete Qualifying “rounds” have been ran, results of that Round will be determined “based off of” Qualifying position.
Points:
Sliding scale starting at 100 and going down by 5 for each place under first. Points at Finals will be slide down from 150.
5 point bonus for TQ
10 point bonus for running all 7 races.
Tie Breakers – Will be decided by finishing place at Finals.
Georgia State Series Champion will be crowned. No Cash Payout.

2WD Stock Short Course Truck:
This class is for all 2WD Ready-To-Run Short Course Trucks. All manufacturers are welcome in this class, with the following restrictions:
Chassis:
The chassis must remain in stock form. No aftermarket chassis may be used.
Body:
The body used must be a full-fender truck body that is specifically made for short course trucks.
The body must completely cover the tires when viewed from above.
No add-on spoilers or wings allowed.
Tires and Wheels:
All tires and wheels must be made specifically for short course trucks.

Driveline:
Gear or Ball differentials allowed.
Any pinion or spur that fits the vehicle without modification may be used.
Suspension:
All suspension parts must remain stock, with the following exceptions:
Traxxas Slash shocks are allowed to have aluminum caps and bodies.
Any shocks from any RTR kit may be used on another brand of RTR kit, so long as the suspension arms do not have to be modified in any way.
Springs must remain stock.
Motor:
Only motors that come with the Ready-To-Run kits will be allowed.
A motor from a different brand of RTR SCT may be used (Example: A Traxxas 12T Titan may be used on an Associated SC10, etc)
The Electronic Speed Control used must be one that comes included with a Ready-To-Run Short Course Truck. It may be from a different manufacturer.
No brushless motors may be used.
Examples of legal motors for this class include the 12T Titan (Traxxas), 15T Firebolt (HPI), Reedy 17T (Associated), 12T 550 Losi motor.
Batteries:
2S 7.4v LiPo packs (no capacity limit) and 7.2v 6-cell NiMH packs (no capacity limit) are allowed.
** The battery mount on the vehicle may be modified in any way to accommodate for a faster battery swap.
Weight:
All trucks must weigh no less than 4.75 pounds race-ready.
Parts from one brand of Ready-To-Run kit may be used on another brand, but the part must be available on a Ready-To-Run kit. (Example – shocks from a Losi kit being used on an HPI, etc).
Any issues not addressed in these rules may be discussed with the race directors. All decisions by the race directors are final.
Arena Truck/Truggy:
1. All arena trucks must comply with RC Pro rules.
2. The fuel tank is limited to 150 milliliters.
3. Arena trucks are allowed to run .21 engines or .28 engines.
4. Minimum weight for all arena trucks will be 7lbs 6oz with no truck weighing more than 13lbs 6oz.
5. The wheelbase will be a minimum of 12” and a maximum of 16”. The arena truck maximum width will be 19.5” outside of tire to outside of tire.
We are not affiliated with RC Pro Series in anyway. However we will be using the General Rules, Racing and Participating Conditions, Track Rules and Regulations, Equipment Rules and Regulations.
